Although it has become a national dish, paella is actually a regional recipe, and stems from the region of Valencia, the largest rice-growing region in Europe. There are as many recipes for paella as there are chefs who make it. In this hands-on workshop, we make our version of seafood paella, with an abundant fresh salad to accompany it. We also learn some tricks and insider secrets, and pair our meal with some delicious Spanish wines.
